Come on folks, You've heard worse!

Born:
Dublin, Ireland. A land of Poets, Troubadours, Minstrels, Lovers, Writers, Fighters, Thinkers, Tinkers and Drinkers.
Grew up:
England (Lancs., Cheshire, Cumbria) and Scotland. Also lived for a while in Wales.
Education:
Five schools (including Sec. Modern, Comprehensive and Grammar).
Further Education:
Teachers Training College (1st yr).
CELTA (Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults).
Currently studying computing.
Previous Jobs:
Warehouseman, Salesman, Civil Service and The Oil Industry (before becoming a busker). After enlightenment, worked variously as Fruit Picker, Gardener, English teacher, Graphic Designer, Painter/Decorator
Languages:
A little French and less German. Plus a smattering of Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian and Greek - enough to order a beer!).
Started Busking:
1976-7, First Pitch: '76. In Carcassonne, South of France - borrowed a guitar, made 6 Fr, bought bread and cheese, gave 33% to owner of guitar.
First Serious Pitch:
'77. Marble Arch, London - Made enough to book into an Ozzy Hostel in Bayswater (only stayed two days, then met up with some buskers, was invited to move into their squat - never looked back!).
Countries Busked In:
France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, Holland, Belgium, Monaco, The Basque Country, Catalonia.
Instruments:
Guitar, Harmonica, Mandolin, 5 String Banjo, OMB (One Man Band), Bhodran, Tambourine. Learning - Spoons/Bones. Would like to play - Concertina, Tin Whistle, Irish Pipes, Scottish Pipes, Hurdy-Gurdy, Fiddle, 4 String Banjo etc etc...
Reason For Becoming a Busker:
To control own destiny - life is too short to be lived in quiet desperation! Why work like a dog 50 wks of the year, just to - hopefully spend 2 wks in the sun? When - with the price of a train ticket, a guitar, a sleeping bag, the skin of a Rhino, the heart of a Lion and balls like an Elephant - it's possible to spend 50 wks in the sun (metaphorically).
Current Ambitions:
To learn as much about the enemy's technology as possible, and use it against him!
To get this Website and the
InterGalacticBuskers website running smoothly and enable the buskers of the world to communicate/exchange information more easily.
Favourite Singers:
Rod Stewart, Paul Brady, Bruce Springsteen, Brian Adams, Eddy Furey,  Bono.
Given the chance, would like to play with:
Earl Scruggs, Doc Watson, also Christina Aguillera and Scary Spice (who wouldn't?)..

To be Continued...
